Aerial Real Estate Photography
Commercial drone usage is helping growth in the UK’s property industry.
Statistically, listings featuring drone footage are occupied faster than those without, proving unparalleled success in residential and commercial real estate for the best part of the last decade.
Estate Agents & Property Developers
Aerial property video and photography produce stunning and impressive results, in a way that the more traditional street-level photographs are not able to do. Sellers can present their property with spectacular, high definition shots.
Flyt Images provide high quality aerial videos and photography for estate & letting agents, property developers, insurance companies and more.
Why Use Us?
An experienced drone property photographer will be able to shoot images that showcase a property from the best possible angles and perspectives, making it attractive to potential buyers.
Houses, gardens and outbuildings can be filmed to reveal space and their complete surroundings, and if the property is in a picturesque location – such as beautiful countryside, or near to a river – aerial drone footage can help agents and developers to “WOW” potential buyers with these stunning images.

HOW HIGH CAN YOU FLY?
UK CAA guidelines stipulate a maximum altitude of 400ft (120m) above ground level.
DO YOU NEED A PERMIT OR LICENSE TO FLY A DRONE?
To operate commercially in the UK, drone pilots need to have CAA permission in the form of a PfCO (Permission for Commercial Operations). Drone pilots with a PfCO have undergone industry specific traing and flight assessments in accordance with CAA (Civil Aviation Authority) guidance.
WHERE CAN YOU FLY?
Our PfCO permission permits us to operate in most areas of the UK, however we must obtain landowner permission for the takeoff and landing site.
HOW ABOUT THE WIND?
For the best results we recommend flying in wind under 15mph, however our drones are capable of wind speeds up to 23mph.
CAN YOU EDIT THE FOOTAGE?
We can edit all footage that we take for you, whether it be video or photography. We can also include background music, titles and your company logo and details.
ARE YOU INSURED?
Flyt Images hold commercial drone specific insurance with cover of £1m Public Liability and indemnity protection.
